I'm Lea, the founder of Galeya. I'm a mother of three and a wife, currently living here in California but was originally born in the Philippines. As I grow older, I noticed that a lot of changes keeps happening with my health. My  energy keeps decreasing and I become more weak. So I decided to do some research on how to boost my energy as well as help my immune system. One thing is I love coffee. This helps me energize my day but it also gives me gut problems.
